ABOUT US

WELCOME

This cosy apartment has been recently renovated recalling the marine environment and consists of a large entrance, a first bedroom with a double bed with access to a private balcony, a big corridor leading to a second bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed; next to it there is a walk-in closet. Likewise, this room opens onto a balcony with view over the hills on both sides of the valley. Then there is a bathroom and a large kitchen with a six-seat table. At the end of the corridor there is a living room with a double sofa bed and another six-seat table; a French window leads to the same balcony of the second bedroom. It is a very bright apartment thanks to the southern and eastern exposure and it is also very quiet and peaceful since all the windows and balconies overlook a courtyard. The apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are wide and very easy to manage, even if there is no elevator.

The apartment is particularly suitable for mountain bike and outdoor activities lovers. In the basement of the building, guests can use a bike storage equipped with a new shatterproof iron door, as well as 2 bike stands and 5 hooks for hanging their bikes properly. This way guests don't have to carry their bikes upstairs. Likewise, climbers can leave all their equipment there.

The apartment is located in a well served area and all interesting spots are within walking distance: a big supermarket, small grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and bike stores; it takes 10 minutes walking to Finalmarina with its wonderful waterfront promenade. Moreover, at only 5 minutes walking distance you can visit Finalborgo, the ancient medieval city full of excellent pubs, restaurants, fast foods, shopping hotspots, MTB and climbing stores.

Finale Ligure is divided into 3 boroughs which have been different towns until 1927; Finalmarina and Finalpia are the seaside part of the town, while Finalborgo is slightly further inland (about 1.5 km from the coast) and consists of an old walled medieval town.

There are also ancient hamlets, such as Varigotti, a very popular seaside spot with its old fishermen's houses by the sea, Perti with its Roman and Medieval ruins and the plateau called Le Manie, an outstanding natural scenery.

This unique and diverse natural landscape makes the area an international destination for outdoor activities, not only mountain biking and cycling, but also rock climbing, running and hiking.
